Job Details
Key Highlights of the Role:
- Lead Level 2 support operations and act as an escalation point for technical issues
- Work closely with clients to gather requirements and provide functional specifications
- Coordinate UAT activities and serve as the liaison to the Level 3 development team
- Drive production stability, perform RCA, and suggest system enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support ongoing improvements
What We re Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service)
- Strong expertise in CRM processes, Power Platform tools, and integrations
- Proven leadership in production support and system optimization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
