What is in it for you?

Seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Lead (ROR) with 10+ years of experience to architect and lead scalable web solutions using Ruby on Rails, React, Vue.js, Kafka, and Azure, while mentoring teams and driving innovation

Responsibilities: -

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Lead (ROR) with over 10+ years of industry experience to lead and drive the development of cutting-edge web applications.
• The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Ruby on Rails, hands-on experience with React and Vue.js, and a foundational understanding of Kafka and Azure Services. Strong leadership and team management capabilities are essential for this role.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Architect and implement front-end solutions using React and Vue.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices.
• Guide and mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.
• Work with DevOps and cloud teams to integrate Azure services and Kafka-based messaging systems.
• Drive technical discussions and decision-making processes.
• Maintain a high level of ownership and accountability in project delivery.

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills: -

Mandatory skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expert-level proficiency in Ruby on Rails with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks: React and Vue.js.
• Basic understanding of Kafka and Azure cloud services.
• Proven track record of technical leadership, team management, and mentoring.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
• Candidates who are authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor currently.
• 6 months Contract with CitiusTech and if hired then it will be directly with the client.
