Job Title: SailPoint IIQ Architect

Location: Charlotte, NC Onsite

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled SailPoint IdentityIQ Architect/Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale identity governance solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SailPoint IIQ and a strong background in IAM (Identity and Access Management), integration, and security compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Design:

  • Architect SailPoint IIQ solutions for enterprise-scale identity governance.
  • Design scalable, modular, and reusable IIQ configurations.
  • Provide end-to-end technical leadership for IIQ implementation and enhancements.

Development & Customization:

  • Develop and customize IdentityIQ workflows, rules, connectors, and provisioning logic.
  • Create and modify SailPoint beanshell scripts, tasks, and certification campaigns.
  • Develop custom connectors to integrate with on-premise and cloud-based applications.

Integration & Implementation:

  • Integrate SailPoint IIQ with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.
  • Design and implement SSO, MFA, and federation with SailPoint.
  • Lead user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and identity lifecycle processes.

Performance Optimization:

  • Optimize SailPoint IIQ components for high performance and reliability.
  • Conduct system tuning, job scheduling, and troubleshooting of provisioning issues.

Security & Compliance:

  • Define policies for SoD (Segregation of Duties), access reviews, and audit reporting.
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to align IIQ configurations with corporate policies.
  • Act as a technical lead and SME for IIQ platform.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in SailPoint IIQ development and architecture.
  • Proficient in Java, BeanShell, XML, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL.
  • Hands-on with IIQ components like Identity Cubes, Lifecycle Events, Certifications, Policies, Connectors.
  • Experience with IDM integrations, such as Workday, SAP, Azure, or ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of IAM frameworks, RBAC, and compliance requirements (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).
  • Exposure to cloud-native IAM and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
