Job Title: Solution Architect-and GC
Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

Job Description:

Work Assignment

  • Architect will be responsible for supporting HR & Legal Data Management implementation and maintenance processes to ensure compliance.
  • Architect will work with each portfolio team to update all the L0/L1 documents, Application design documents to Truist standards.
  • Support the portfolio with any new POC efforts related to new tools available.
  • The identified resource is required to have an advanced working experience with System Architect Tool and work independently on most occasions.
  • The identified resource to have sound knowledge in Data Governance Framework and hands on working experience with Data Architect tools
  • HR and Legal have 86 applications in the footprint. There are several BAU, enhancement & invest project that go thru monthly TDLC Release cycle which requires support to update/create new architecture artifacts. This team member is to support the HR & Legal application architect with the following,
  1. Update existing architecture artifacts, create net new artifacts for new application onboarding : L0L1, to support production release/TDLC Release process for all (Vendor hosted / In-house) HR & Legal business applications and make sure all the Truist applications design documents are updated to Truist standards.
  2. Monitor monthly L0L1 audit compliance report and work with upstream/downstream SMEs/application architects to apply required L0L1 corrections to identified business applications in a timely manner
  3. Work with Infrastructure/ Cyber security architects and generate Infrastructure blueprint/Security Blueprint for missing applications and net new applications
  4. Work with identified technical SMEs as part of L0L1 cleanup activities for business-critical apps and make sure all the architecture artifacts are updated to represent the current state correctly.
  5. Work with Enterprise Data Office Architects/SMEs in generating Data Lineage deliverables for critical apps in HR & Legal space
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to ensure that data solutions meet business requirements and align with technological capabilities
  7. Collaborate with Enterprise Data Office Architects and SMEs for the following,
  • Determine standards for data quality
  • Ensure data privacy measures comply with regulatory standards
  • Establish data governance frameworks and implement security measures to safeguard sensitive information
