RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has client that is seeking for a Technical Program Manager in South Florida area. The PM will work closely with Lucian from Financial Technology and Atul from HR IT systems division.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Technology Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another relevant field
* At least 3 years of technical program management experience; We prefer that you have prior relevant experience in a similar or related industry but it's not a requirement
* Strong experience in Lawson (Infor) SAAS implementation
* You need to have a deep understanding of the product development process, the product lifecycle, and program management
* Advanced knowledge of individual product development stages is a must
* You need to have prior leadership experience in product planning, management, and project management
* PM must demonstrate maturity, strong leadership, prior success with Lawson SaaS implementations, risk/issue identification and mitigation
* Holistic project management skills including vendor management with info
* Not expected to be hands on in configuration/integration but technical proficiency and ability to speak the language as required
* Prefers prior experience with Lawson Saas Implementation but he could consider someone with similar ERP cloud background if they have strong PM skills; Maybe if the PM doesn't have a lot of experience in Lawson but is an awesome PM (Lawson first)
* Local candidates preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
