Note: client is looking for someone with experience in Customer Service module and FSM within SAP. , hand-on experience will be required, as the role will be primarily focused on performing transaction activities in SAP and the candidate must have an understanding of how T-Codes are used in managing CS data transactions.
Job Description :
We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst with solid SAP transactional experience (preferably in Equipment Maintenance) and strong data analytics capabilities. The role involves ensuring consistency between SAP and Microsoft Dynamics, monitoring, and resolving transactional issues, and supporting end users with data-driven insights and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform SAP transactional activities, preferably within Equipment Maintenance (PM/CS) modules.
- Analyze and reconcile data between SAP and Microsoft Dynamics (FSM) systems to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Monitor and resolve issues related to SAP service orders, notifications, and equipment records.
- Process SAP customer master requests, including updates to Plant, Sales Org, Functional Location, etc.
- Create, update, and maintain SAP installed base and equipment records.
- Support internal business users by investigating transactional issues and providing guidance aligned with defined processes.
- Extract and combine data from multiple systems to deliver actionable insights for informed business decision-making.
- Participate in training programs to understand project dependencies and system changes.
- Review, maintain, and enhance service process documentation and training materials.
- Implement best practices for data consistency and error reduction across systems.
Required Skills and Experience
- Hands-on experience in SAP Service processes preferably FSM, CS, PM, or SD modules.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (Field Service Management FSM).
- Strong understanding of SAP Installed Base, Equipment Records, and Service Orders.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and ensure data integrity between ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with business and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data migration or integration between SAP and other enterprise platforms.
- Exposure to Service Management reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau).
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or equipment services environment.
- Proven ability to document and improve business processes.
