Expected Duration: 12+ months contract + Renewable

Pay Range: $55 - $65/hr

Job Description:

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing Performance Analytics (PA) within ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will possess the Performance Analytics Micro-Certification and have a strong foundation in ServiceNow architecture, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• such current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) designation in the target competency


• ServiceNow Performance Analytics Micro-Certification is mandatory.


• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow Performance Analytics solutions for enterprise clients.


• Translate business requirements into technical solutions using KPIs, scorecards, breakdowns, and widgets.


• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.


• Collaborate with functional teams to integrate PA with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., Incident, Change, Problem).


• Support performance tuning, testing, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.


• Provide technical expertise, configuration, and best practices on PA capabilities and roadmap.


• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demos for client stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.


• At least 8+ years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly-capable, target competency technologies - inclusive of integrations.


• ServiceNow Performance Analytics Micro-Certification is mandatory.


• Demonstrated ability to advise customers on the proper use of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and its implications across ServiceNow products


• Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.) and working with SaaS technologies


• Proficiency in building Performance Analytics solutions: indicators, breakdowns, data collectors, widgets, and dashboards.


• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow platform configuration.


• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD.


• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Performance Analytics or other ServiceNow certifications.


• Experience working in managed services, consulting, or enterprise environments.


• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.


• Data visualization or BI tool experience (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
