Senior ERP Technical Analyst is primarily responsible for guiding the development and improvement of systems/data integrations for Oracle Fusion ERP. The role is a member of Financial Business Systems, in the Finance organization, providing direct support to the company's Global migration to Oracle Cloud ERP. The role is a key, hands-on contributor to business migration projects. The role is positioned to be a key-contributor to building and supporting System to System data integration needs of the organization.
This position will be located in either our Arlington, VA or Richmond, VA office and is onsite Monday - Thursday, with option to work from home Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for overall technical delivery for Oracle Cloud-enabled projects and architect, design, and implement Oracle Fusion-based solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and the movement of data between systems and data stores, maintaining the integrity of data, providing for required transformations, and ensuring error-free, timely, and documented execution.
- Lead technical design, develop systems architecture, and recommend repeatable solutions for Oracle Cloud implementations while leading technical development, customization, and integration of Oracle Fusion applications (ERP, HCM, EPM, etc.) and determining and designing changes to existing systems integrations and conversions that improve performance or enhance operations as driven by business needs.
- Analyze new systems procured or acquired, and work with business and technical teams, developing technical requirements to integrate them with or convert business data from source system(s) to target systems, primarily Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Provide technical SME support in reviewing large transformational/complex technical solutions and data models in terms of compliance to requirements and efficiency of solution or implementation while providing expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware, OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), PaaS, and SaaS environments.
- Design and develop Integration solutions involving both Oracle and non-Oracle applications both on-premises and cloud, working collaboratively with system integration tool administrators and other integration analysts.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, integration workflows, Integration and Technical Architecture Documents to include Conceptual Technical Models, Platform, Performance specifications, and technical delivery planning and roadmap for technical delivery.
- Develop comprehensive reporting solutions using FRS/OTBI across Oracle modules to deliver business intelligence and analytics capabilities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and development teams to deliver end-to-end solutions while detecting and diagnosing integration processing exceptions and systematically resolving them through developed solutions and leading problem analysis, solutions development, and implementation.
- Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure scalability and security of Oracle Fusion implementations while developing and documenting standard automation architectures and frameworks, working in coordination with project analysts and using quality skills on data analysis and testing of new data transformation applications and conversions.
- Design, execute, and document the validation of business data conversions and integrations while effectively managing scope and customer expectations on individual assignments.
- Stay updated on Oracle Fusion advancements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities while partnering with data providers and internal support teams to identify and support the correction of data issues. Based on your analysis, you will propose improvement opportunities and communicate clearly and effectively with clients, account managers, and management.
- Support the migration of business systems and integration/conversion of business data associated with corporate acquisitions, systems consolidations, and business process improvements.
- Establish, monitor, and maintain alerting/notifications and metrics related to all integrations while consistently producing clear, concise status reports and building confidence and trust with clients.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, mathematics, finance, accounting, statistics or related field required.
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion applications (ERP, EPM, or equivalent) with 5+ years of strong software development life cycle experience in Oracle domain and SaaS/PaaS deployments and Data Conversions.
- Completed 2+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects as Technical Lead with 5+ years hands-on Oracle Cloud experience with Fusion ERP.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle SOA Suite with two+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementation & Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) projects as Technical OIC Lead.
- Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware, OIC, PaaS, and SaaS platforms with proven experience as a Technical Architect and experience in defining technical architecture using Oracle Cloud based solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with tools like Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, and Web Services (SOAP/REST) with prior experience as a technical architect and lead in on-premises and/or Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL, Java, ADF, SOA, SQL, Groovy scripting, or equivalent technical languages for custom solution development.
- Strong working knowledge of VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) with extensive experience designing, developing, and supporting applications across multiple cloud platforms.
- In-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion Middleware products and proficiency in APEX (Application Express) and ODI (Oracle Data Integrator).
- Strong background in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development with strong understanding of Oracle Applications (Oracle Cloud ERP) base tables and interface tables.
- Experience with customizations, extensions, and integrations in Oracle Fusion environments with expertise and hands-on experience with SaaS - HCM/ERP/SCM, PaaS- Oracle Database Cloud Service, Data Conversions, Oracle Integration Cloud Service.
- Strong knowledge of various data migration methods using File Based Data Loaders, ADFDI, Rapid Implementation Spread Sheets and HCM Data Loaders.
- Strong skills in the design, development, testing and deployment of custom OTBI and BI Pub reports used in integrations and conversions.
- Strong SQL skills for processing/analyzing large data sets and supporting the translation from user requirements to technical requirements.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, security, and performance optimization with solid understanding of data systems, including data relationships and data modeling, with the ability to learn and understand various data environments.
- Experience in data conversions/migrations; design and custom development of Interfaces, Reports, and Forms related to Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
- Knowledge of other integration tools like Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, etc., would be valued.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Oracle Fusion certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, or EPM Implementation Specialist) and Oracle Cloud Certification are preferred.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or other cloud platforms with OIC experience desired and Redwood experience desired.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD in Oracle environments.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence working in an Agile environment.
- Proven ability to read and analyze raw data files and compare with transformed data to identify processing problems.
- Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions - required with strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers and follow through on all assignments and take ownership of issues.
- Experience operating in a SOX-regulated company, understanding of IT.
- Solid knowledge of reporting tools Oracle (OTBI, FRS, OAC, BICS), SQL (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS), BI Tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.) to support the development and maintenance of business reporting would be valued.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Data loading, data conversion, integration and reporting tools: OTBI, BI Publisher.
- Self-Starter, and ability to take initiative outside of assigned tasks while displaying effective analytical skills.
