Incident Response Coordinator
W2 Contract
Salary Range: $104,000 - $124,800 per year
Location: Cupertino, CA - Hybrid Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking Candidates that brings depth, ownership, and leadership in major incident and problem management. The right candidate will play a key role in driving stability, improving root cause practices, and managing complex, cross-functional situations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strong ITIL foundation, with hands-on experience running both Incident and Problem Management processes.
- Proven experience leading major incidents, not just responding - including coordinating stakeholders, owning communications, and driving resolution.
- Experienced in trend analysis and identifying systemic issues: able to spot repeat patterns, push for deep retrospectives, and escalate where root causes aren't understood or addressed.
- Experienced in working with cross-functional stakeholders: engineering, support, business, and executive leadership.
- Excellent communicator, able to provide clarity under pressure, good to strong technical experience and relaying technical details in simple business language.
- Comfortable working in grey areas and ambiguity - our space often doesn't have perfect inputs or easy answers.
- Passionate about doing the job right, regardless of company name or brand - someone who brings pride, curiosity, and integrity to their work.
