Job Description: Roles/Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and understand the existing business processes identifying areas for improvement and recommending process changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including end-users, managers, and IT teams, to gather and document business requirements. This will involve conducting interviews, workshops, and meetings to elicit comprehensive and accurate requirements.
  • Work closely with the project team to translate business requirements into User Stories, technical specifications, and system design for the configuration, customization, and overall implementation of the Catalis Benchmark system.
  • Assist with testing activities including test planning, test case creation, and test execution to ensure the quality and reliability of the system.
  • Identify risks and issues related to business analysis activities and work proactively to mitigate them. Escalate critical issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist with testing activities including test planning, test case creation, and test execution to ensure the quality and reliability of the system.
  • Analytical thinking: Ability to assess business problems and develop solutions.
  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with data analysis tools, databases, and business intelligence software.
  • Communication skills: Strong ability to present findings and collaborate with teams.
  • Project management: Experience managing business projects and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Mandatory Skills:
  • Minimum 7 years of Business Analysis with a focus on IT projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understand Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management approaches
  • Expertise in business intelligence tools, SQL, and data visualization.
Desirable Skills:
  • Certifications like Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) is not required but can be beneficial
