Position Title: SAP Project Manager Organizational Change Management (OCM) Focus

Location: 75% Remote (Preference for Ohio-based candidates)
Type: 6-Month Contract
Compensation: Up to $70/hr W2 + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to support the Organizational Change Management (OCM), Learning & Development, and Legal Entity workstreams for a major ERP transformation program. This role requires excellent cross-functional communication skills and the ability to work with vendors and internal stakeholders.

< data-start="732" data-end="762">Key Responsibilities:</>
  • Manage the OCM and Legal workstreams within a broader SAP transformation program.

  • Collaborate with internal change management and training teams to support organizational readiness.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and strategic partners (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte).

  • Provide structured communication and stakeholder management across business units.

  • Maintain project plans and drive timely execution in coordination with broader program goals.

  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within large enterprise environments.

  • Experience supporting OCM or Learning & Development initiatives.

  • M&A background or familiarity with legal/contracts workstream is a plus.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • PMP Certification preferred.
