Job Title: Oracle EBS/SCM/ERP Developer (Techno-Functional)
Location: New Jersey Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Duration: Full-time/Contract
Preference: Local candidates highly preferred

Role Overview:

We are urgently hiring for Oracle Techno-Functional Developers with hands-on expertise in EBS, SCM, and ERP modules. This hybrid role requires candidates who can work onsite 3 days a week and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive enhancements, customizations, and support for Oracle applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as a Techno-Functional expert on Oracle EBS (11i/R12) in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and ERP modules

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle applications using PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, and XML Publisher

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

  • Collaborate with functional teams to resolve production issues and support ongoing enhancements

  • Work on data conversions, interface development, and workflow customizations

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS/SCM/ERP modules

  • Strong Oracle Techno-Functional capabilities

  • Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, and Workflows

  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain and ERP business processes

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
