RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to join our PMO team with dual focus on operational reporting excellence and project execution. This role combines analytical expertise for business reporting with hands-on project management capabilities to drive strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive follow-up action items and coordinate input from cross-functional teams
* Facilitate successful transition of RSC to new tools and processes
* Prepare reports for various business reviews (MBR, QBR, Program Health Reviews) and drive follow up actions
* Manage program budgets and headcount tracking using analytical tools
* Execute PMO projects to drive standardization and excellence initiatives (on-boarding plans, Monthly Program Prioritization, voice of the customer Program, others)
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in relevant field
* Previous Program Manager experience
* Executive Reporting experience
* Data Analysis experience
* Inventive
* Able to deliver results
* Able to dive deep
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous Supply Chain experience
* Quicksite experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
