Job Description:
We are seeking a Lead MarTech Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Real-Time Customer Data Platform (CDP). The consultant will work closely with marketing, IT, analytics, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize real-time customer journey orchestration solutions within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
Must Have Skills (Required):
Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
Real-Time CDP (Customer Data Platform)
Key Responsibilities:
Architect, implement, and support real-time customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer
Integrate AJO with AEP, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Target
Design and manage customer segmentation, personalization logic, and journey workflows
Monitor and optimize campaign performance and journey effectiveness
Collaborate with marketing, analytics, IT, and leadership teams to align solutions with business goals
Facilitate workshops and provide consulting guidance to stakeholders
Ensure adherence to data privacy, governance, and security best practices
Required Experience & Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in MarTech, Digital Transformation, CRM, or CDP platforms
2+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
2+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms, identity resolution, and data governance
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or equivalent experience
Excellent communication, collaboration, and consulting skills
Nice to Have:
Adobe certifications (AJO, AEP)
Experience with Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
Adobe Campaign and Adobe Target
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and governance frameworks
