Job Description:

We are seeking a Lead MarTech Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Real-Time Customer Data Platform (CDP). The consultant will work closely with marketing, IT, analytics, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize real-time customer journey orchestration solutions within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.


Must Have Skills (Required):

  • Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)

  • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

  • Real-Time CDP (Customer Data Platform)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, implement, and support real-time customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer

  • Integrate AJO with AEP, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Target

  • Design and manage customer segmentation, personalization logic, and journey workflows

  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance and journey effectiveness

  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, IT, and leadership teams to align solutions with business goals

  • Facilitate workshops and provide consulting guidance to stakeholders

  • Ensure adherence to data privacy, governance, and security best practices


Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in MarTech, Digital Transformation, CRM, or CDP platforms

  • 2+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)

  • 2+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

  • Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms, identity resolution, and data governance

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or equivalent experience

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and consulting skills


Nice to Have:

  • Adobe certifications (AJO, AEP)

  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)

  • Adobe Campaign and Adobe Target

  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and governance frameworks
