Must have :- Work force software for more than 4 years with configuration specialist certification- PT102 and interface certification -PT103 and Report Specialist certifications

JOB DESCRIPTION
"* Work experience in Work force software for more than 4 years with configuration specialist certification- PT102 and interface certification -PT103 and Report Specialist certifications
* Should be an expert in using Workforce formula Language
* Experience in working with complex system architecture Involving SF and SAP.
* Through Experience and Expertise working in Complex integrations between WFS==SAP, SF==WFS.
* Good knowledge on Time management and HCM process.
* Should have worked in policy editor and should be able to manage the configurations independently.
* Good understanding on the workforce system flow .
* Should be able to analyze and understand the requirements of time management at global level.
* Hands on experience in Accruals, Exceptions,Roles,Premiums,TCP, Settings etc.
* Ability to understand the inflow and outflow of workforce software(Knowledge on MuleSoft is an advantage)
* Should know the concepts of HR import and Payroll export
* Good communication skills both Verbal and written.
* Should have sound knowledge in Workforce debugging
* Knowledge on SF-EC and LOA set up in EC is preferred.
* Good Knowledge on SQL query and in Reporting ."
