Business Analyst/Scrum Master
Salt Lake City, UT
Long-Term Contract: $35-$45 per hour

Our client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join their team on a long-term contract. The Technical Business Analyst plays a key role in coordinating technical initiatives across multiple groups, documenting and tracking DevOps processes, and coordinating the use of multiple platforms and system environments. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our technical operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient processes across our teams.

The Technical Business Analyst will:
  • Play a key role in coordinating technical initiatives across multiple groups
  • Document and track DevOps processes
  • Coordinate and document use of multiple platforms and system environments
  • Communicate status of teams and work initiatives to leaders through written and verbal communications
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Requires a Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or another related field with 6 years of experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to facilitate team meetings and coordinate with multiple groups with competing priorities
  • Competent with Microsoft Office products
  • Needs to be technically literate on how systems and interfaces work
  • Must be able to assess the impact of issues as they arise and escalate as appropriate
  • Experience with nCino or other Loan Origination Systems is a plus
