Our client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join their team on a long-term contract. The Technical Business Analyst plays a key role in coordinating technical initiatives across multiple groups, documenting and tracking DevOps processes, and coordinating the use of multiple platforms and system environments. Our client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join their team on a long-term contract. The Technical Business Analyst plays a key role in coordinating technical initiatives across multiple groups, documenting and tracking DevOps processes, and coordinating the use of multiple platforms and system environments. The Technical Business Analyst will:
- Play a key role in coordinating technical initiatives across multiple groups
- Document and track DevOps processes
- Coordinate and document use of multiple platforms and system environments
- Communicate status of teams and work initiatives to leaders through written and verbal communications
- Other duties as assigned
- Requires a Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or another related field with 6 years of experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to facilitate team meetings and coordinate with multiple groups with competing priorities
- Competent with Microsoft Office products
- Needs to be technically literate on how systems and interfaces work
- Must be able to assess the impact of issues as they arise and escalate as appropriate
- Experience with nCino or other Loan Origination Systems is a plus
