Job Description

Responsibilities:

Leads the analysis of complex business problems solved with automated systems. As part of the Data Management and Migration delivery team you will be responsible for leading engineers in the data mapping and establishing acceptance testing criteria that support business processes. Your duties and tasks are standard with some variation. You will need key skills and abilities including coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. You will need to be able to simplify complex technical issues and explain them in accessible terms for a broader, non-technical audience. As a member of the Technology Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that quality projects are delivered in a timely manner, on budget, and to our customers' satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:
  • 6 + years of experience in a technical role, (data migration, system migration, ETL engagement).
  • 8 + years of experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution.
  • Data acquisition, data migration and/or other data engineering work experience, including the design, development, implementation and/or support of data models, data architecture, data warehouses and/or databases
  • A BS in computer science or related field.
  • Experience with SQL and Linux back-end commands.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter capable of independently handling tasks and projects.
  • U.S. citizenship required due to client contracts.
  • Must be able to obtain the appropriate government security clearance card applicable to your position.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Deep experience in workflow documentation.
  • At least 6+ years of experience working on Data Migration or Interoperability FHIR/HL7
  • At least 6+ years of experience and a solid understanding of database technologies
  • Deep understanding of Electronic Medical Record workflow documentation.
  • Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate complex information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Due to specific client contract requirements, this position requires that the successful candidate ====. The client contract also requires receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for the position

Expectations:
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Willing to travel up to 10% as needed.
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
