Senior Solutions Architect (AI Initiatives)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of an experienced Technical Business Systems Analyst to join their team in Quincy, MA. This role involves reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating IT systems operations to identify opportunities for improvement. The Senior Solutions Architect will act as the primary liaison between users and engineering/development teams, translating business needs into formal technical requirements and ensuring system issues are documented and resolved.

Responsibilities:
* Analyze and evaluate IT systems operations and user requirements
* Recommend improvements to enhance system performance and usability
* Serve as the main point of contact between users and technical teams
* Translate functional use cases into technical specifications in partnership with SMEs
* Document, report, and track system issues and resolutions
* Validate high-level and detailed technical/functional documentation
* Build queries and automate tracking dashboards
* Support lifecycle management processes

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience in IT systems analysis
* 2+ years of experience with core banking technology and reporting
* Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish

Experience with:
* Linux, WAS, WEB, JAVA applications, APIs, Mule framework, JCLs
* Waterfall and Agile methodologies
* Functional expertise in the Partenon platform

Preferred Skills
* Experience with Cobol and Cobol Microfocus
* Familiarity with DB2 and Oracle databases

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
