Job Description: Senior Product Designer - Acrobat GenAI

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the Acrobat team and lead the design of innovative, generative AI-powered experiences. Your work will drive significant improvements to how users create, edit, and manage documents.

• Design Next-Gen Experiences
  Create simple, elegant, and intuitive user experiences leveraging generative AI to transform document workflows.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally
  Partner with product managers, researchers, engineers, and executives to align on design direction and product goals.
• Craft and Communicate Design Solutions
  Produce a range of design deliverables user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate ideas and solutions.
• User-Centered Validation
  Work closely with the research team to validate designs through user testing, feedback loops, and iterative improvements.
• Shape Design Strategy
  Contribute to the Acrobat GenAI design strategy, ensuring a cohesive, user-friendly experience across features.
• Design System Contribution
  Use and enhance Adobe s design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and design excellence.
• Ownership and Leadership
  Manage your own priorities, work independently, and contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Proven expertise in solving complex, layered design challenges using systems thinking.
• Ability to lead and influence within a cross-functional team.
• Strategic thinker with strong tactical design execution.
• Experience designing for complex technical products is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
• Passion for generative AI, design innovation, and redefining user experiences.
