Job Title: Workday PSA (Professional Services Automation) Consultant
REMOTE USA
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday PSA Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday s Professional Services Automation (PSA) solution. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs, design scalable solutions, and ensure smooth integration of PSA with financials, HCM, and project management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support the implementation and configuration of Workday PSA (Professional Services Automation) modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for resource management, project billing, time tracking, and project financials.
- Design and deliver functional solutions aligned with business processes in professional services, consulting, and project-based organizations.
- Integrate Workday PSA with related modules such as Workday HCM, Finance, and Payroll.
- Configure and test time tracking, expense management, project billing, resource planning, and forecasting within Workday PSA.
- Develop and execute test scripts, UAT, and end-user training to ensure successful adoption.
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for PSA after go-live.
- Stay current on Workday releases and updates, ensuring PSA features are leveraged effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, HR, Finance, or related field.
- 3 6 years of experience working with Workday, including at least 2+ years with Workday PSA.
- Strong understanding of Professional Services processes such as project planning, resource management, billing, and revenue recognition.
- Hands-on experience in Workday configuration, reporting, and integration.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Workday certifications (PSA, HCM, or Financials) preferred.
