Location : 100% Remote
Duration : 6 months+ (Long Term contract)

Project Overview:
This role supports a Guidewire BillingCenter implementation focused on enabling recurring credit card payments for newly introduced (PL) insurance products. The project is a critical initiative for modernizing billing capabilities and improving customer payment options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements related to billing and payments using Guidewire BillingCenter.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and business users to ensure clear understanding of functionality and requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories in an Agile environment.
- Work closely with technical teams during configuration and implementation of BillingCenter features for recurring payment processing.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the P&C insurance industry.
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire BillingCenter (preferred).
- Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, and payment processing, especially recurring payments via credit cards.
- Experience working on Guidewire implementation or enhancement projects.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Agile/Scrum experience preferred.
