Senior Product Manager

The Product Manager will be responsible for challenging the team to think bigger and move faster to solve big supply chain problems. This position is accountable for maintaining a clear, valuable, and vetted backlog of features and inspiring the team to quickly ship valuable features.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains a clear, vetted, valuable backlog

• Challenges the team to continuously accelerate delivery

• Rapidly innovates by conceptualizing, developing, and shipping high-quality features, which makes a significant impact in solving customer challenges and achieves strategic business objectives

• Develops operational context to train customers, onboard new users, and handle support requests as needed

• Other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Skills:

• Strong leadership ability

• Strong background in Software Development

• Experience building customer-facing enterprise products

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (outlook, excel, word) & SQL

• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in all projects and an ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as necessary.

• Ability to multi-task projects and required tasks in an organized fashion

• Ability to work in a team environment as well as self-motivated in individual projects

• Ability to communicate both verbally and written to all levels of the organization

Educational/Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 5+ years combined development/product management experience

• 3+ years of software development experience
