Description:
Endpoint Engineer, IT Services
Location: Denver CO or will consider remote in CO
Minimum qualifications:
5 years of experience in endpoint engineering or systems administration
Experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
Proficiency with Active Directory, Group Policy, and enterprise software deployment tools (e.g., SCCM/MECM, LANDesk)
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation and configuration
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and mobile device management (MDM) platforms
Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with Tier 2/3 support and root cause analysis
Preferred qualifications:
Experience designing and deploying enterprise endpoint solutions in a distributed environment
Familiarity with endpoint security tools (encryption, antivirus, backup/recovery)
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with architecture, application development, and security teams
Strong communication skills and experience mentoring or training technical teams

As an Endpoint Engineer on the IT Services team, you'll design, implement, and support scalable endpoint solutions across a diverse enterprise environment. You'll lead efforts to automate OS deployments, manage application packaging, and ensure secure, reliable client experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to align endpoint strategy with broader IT and security goals.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement endpoint management solutions across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms
Automate OS deployments, application packaging, and patch management using SCCM/MECM and scripting tools
Administer Microsoft Intune and MDM platforms to manage mobile and remote devices
Provide Tier 2/3 support for endpoint-related incidents and perform root cause analysis
Collaborate with architecture, security, and development teams to align endpoint strategy with organizational goals
Document processes and provide training to internal teams and stakeholders
