Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle FCCS and EDM professional to support our enterprise performance management initiatives. This is a contract role with a minimum duration of 6 months, offering a hybrid work model based in the Bay Area. The candidate will play a key role in managing consolidation, close, and metadata processes while ensuring alignment across financial systems.
Location: Bay Area, CA (Hybrid minimum 2 days onsite per week)
Contract Duration: 6+ months
Experience Level: Minimum 8 years
Key Responsibilities
Lead design, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle FCCS applications for consolidation and financial reporting.
Manage and govern metadata hierarchies within Oracle EDM to ensure consistency across EPM and ERP ecosystems.
Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to deliver scalable and efficient EPM solutions.
Implement and monitor data integrations between FCCS, ERP, and other data sources.
Develop automation routines, calculation scripts, and data maps to optimize performance.
Provide troubleshooting, testing, and support throughout project cycles.
Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity across all reporting layers.
Offer user training and documentation for seamless adoption of system enhancements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in EPM or financial systems implementation.
Proven hands-on expertise with Oracle FCCS and EDM (EPM Cloud).
Strong knowledge of financial close and consolidation procedures.
Experience with EPM Data Management or EPM Integration Agent.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a collaborative hybrid environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Anaplan or experience integrating Anaplan with financial systems.
Exposure to other Oracle EPM modules such as ARCS, PCMCS, or Planning.
Background in consulting, system implementation, or large-scale finance transformation projects.
