Job Details

Requirements:
  • 5 or more years of functional/technical experience with Absence Management and Payroll.
  • Proficiency in PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM modules, including Fluid UI.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Absence Management module implementation.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Payroll integration.
  • Experience in translating business requirements into PeopleSoft configurations.
  • Experience with SQL scripting for PeopleSoft environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of PeopleSoft 9.2 Absence Management with Payroll integration.
  • Design and develop functional/technical solutions for PeopleSoft enhancements.
  • Translate end-user requirements into PeopleSoft configurations and customizations.
  • Provide technical support for PeopleSoft application design, development, and testing.
  • Manage change requests and recommend process improvements for PeopleSoft.
  • Provide production support and resolve problem tickets for PeopleSoft applications.
  • Develop and maintain project technical documentation and conduct user training.
