Overview:
The role is Salesforce Administrator with required experience in implementing Salesforce Communications Cloud module.
- Salesforce Communications Cloud enhances the Salesforce Customer 360 platform, offering tailored solutions for the communications sector.
- This platform enables businesses to undergo digital transformation, delivering industry-standard customer experiences while boosting operational efficiency.
- It empowers telecom and communications companies to effectively manage their business processes, customer interactions, and data. Key responsibilities include accelerating sales, optimizing customer service, and creating a cohesive customer journey, alongside streamlining BSS processes, simplifying wholesale transactions, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment.
- The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate Salesforce implementation and integration within a large-scale telecom environment, as well as providing technical consulting on networking, database administration, and system integration, particularly in telecom or communication domains.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess proven experience with Salesforce products, specifically in implementing Salesforce Communications Cloud.
- A strong grasp of networking fundamentals and telecommunications environments is essential, along with prior experience in large-scale Salesforce implementations across sectors such as telecom, financial services, or utilities.
- Preferably, with a Communications Cloud Accredited Professional or any Salesforce Certifications
- Willingness to travel to/from Canada (up to 20%) may be required
