Job Title: Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Architect Oracle Fusion Cloud

Location: Remote (Richmond, VA)

Experience Level: Senior (12+ Years)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced EPM Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications to lead and support large-scale digital transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong functional and technical background in Oracle Fusion, specifically across ERP, Procurement, Risk Management, Document Recognition, and USG Cloud Services.

As an EPM Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, strategy, and implementation of enterprise-wide performance management solutions, ensuring integration and alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM solutions for enterprise clients, including U.S. government (USG) systems.
  • Design, configure, and support Oracle Fusion modules across:
    • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Cloud & Self-Service
    • Procurement Cloud & Self-Service
    • Risk Management Cloud
    • Document Recognition Cloud
    • Fusion for USG Cloud Services
    • Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) for USG Services
    • Oracle Retail and Sales
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable cloud-based solutions.
  • Develop enterprise-wide integration strategies with a focus on EPM data models, metadata, workflows, and reporting.
  • Oversee data migration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support for EPM systems.
  • Establish governance and change management processes for EPM-related initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to implementation teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, security, and compliance frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of progressive experience implementing Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale Oracle Fusion EPM implementations.
  • Deep functional and technical expertise in one or more of the following technologies:
    • Oracle Fusion ERP (Cloud and Self-Service)
    • Oracle Fusion Procurement (Cloud and Self-Service)
    • Oracle Fusion Risk Management
    • Oracle Fusion Document Recognition
    • Fusion USG Cloud and EPM for USG
    • Oracle Retail and Sales modules
  • Experience in developing EPM reporting, dashboards, and analytics for C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, integration tools, and security protocols.
  • Experience working in federal or highly regulated environments (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Cloud certification(s) in ERP, EPM, or Procurement modules.
  • Experience with Agile or SAFe methodologies.
  • Prior consulting experience with system integrators or large federal programs.

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
