Overview: As a Senior Project Manager at Highstreet, you'll serve as a pivotal figure in our client engagements, embodying professionalism, accountability, and expertise. In addition to driving successful project delivery, you'll cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, navigate change management challenges, and apply problem-solving skills to ensure project success. This role offers an opportunity to lead and influence both project outcomes and broader business initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Client Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for Highstreet's solutions and services.
• Change Management: Lead change management efforts within client organizations, guiding stakeholders through transitions and ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Problem-Solving: Apply analytical and creative problem-solving skills to address complex project challenges and drive innovative solutions.
• Ownership: Take full accountability for project outcomes, overseeing planning, execution, management, and reporting.
• Leadership: Lead, motivate, and track project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and adaptability.
• Management: Develop and manage project work plans, resources, and milestones according to Highstreet methodologies, ensuring alignment with client needs and objectives.
• Communication: Effectively communicate project status, issues, and other relevant information to stakeholders, both internally and externally, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Quality: Identify, track, and manage issues and risks, developing corrective and mitigation plans as needed to ensure quality and timely completion of deliverables.
• Governance: Plan, track, and manage project finances, resources, and constraints to meet budgetary objectives and margin targets.
• Technology: Lead the installation and upgrade of complex Oracle systems, collaborating with technical leads and engineers while providing functional guidance.
• Functional: Drive transformation efforts in sectors such as Higher Education, Public Sector, Finance, or Healthcare, focusing on specific business processes.
Requirements:
• 15+ years of IT experience driving business improvements.
• Proven track record in project management, team leadership, client relationships, change management, and problem-solving.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and financial skills.

Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, or related field.
Preferred Experience:
• Project Management PMI Certification (PMP) or equivalent.
• Managing Oracle Cloud implementations on-time and on-budget for clients.
• Leading complex projects in sectors such as Public Sector, Higher Education, Healthcare, Finance, or Associations & Non-Profits.
