Role: Genesys Contact Center
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: Long Term Contract.

Experience with other leading Contact Center technologies will be an added advantage
Strong expertise in application & platform support (predominantly)
Good troubleshooting and incident resolution skills for P1/P2 issues
Strong communication and collaboration skills for global support
Engagement Details
Onsite Requirement: Minimum 1 resource based onsite in Houston, TX
Offshore Requirement: Team support from Quinnox offices (Bangalore/Mumbai)
Working Model: Hybrid (mandatory 10 days per month from office as per Quinnox policy)
Coverage:
o 16x5 Support (Monday to Friday, 6 AM 9 PM CST)
o On-call support for P1/P2 issues during off-hours
o Weekend support as required for specific deployments
