Job Overview:
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support multiple IT projects. The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, creating user stories, and collaborating with business and technical teams to improve systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
Support agile project delivery and collaborate with stakeholders.
Manage priorities, risks, and timelines across multiple projects.
Conduct research and data analysis to support process improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years experience as a Business Analyst on large IT projects.
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Skilled in requirement gathering and stakeholder communication.
Experience with ALM tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, TFS, RTC).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SQL Server.
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
Experience working with government or public sector projects is Preferred.
