Position: AI/ML Engineer – AI Systems

Role Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI/ML systems with a focus on Large Language Models and RAG architectures.
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance machine learning pipelines using AWS infrastructure.
- Translate real-world ML workflows into structured AI training, evaluation, and deployment scenarios.
- Optimise models and data pipelines for robustness, accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency.
- Evaluate and integrate state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques into existing systems and frameworks.
- Review and validate AI-generated outputs, system behaviour, and model performance for reliability.
- Document architectures, code, and workflows with clarity for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business and research objectives.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Python for building and deploying AI/ML solutions.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services for machine learning, data processing, and deployment.
- Strong system design skills with the ability to build scalable and maintainable ML architectures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on real-world applicability.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to technical accuracy.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
