Leidos Intelligence Group seeks an Information Technology Project Manager for the coordination, planning, implementation, and execution of medium complexity IT projects in a fast-paced office environment. The client maintains a backlog of over one hundred IT related requirements supporting multiple customers. The work would be performed within a team environment supporting multiple stakeholders at the client's location. The IT Project Manager will report on project status, mitigate overall project risks, assist in the definition of project scope, and manage expectations of stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, meet budgetary objectives, and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis. The IT Project Manager will work with internal and external stakeholders on multiple simultaneous projects, oversee all client communication as it applies to the project, create project documentation based on pre-existing templates, and update project status weekly and review with relevant stakeholders. They will also deliver assigned projects on-time, within scope and within budget; assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, for client's consideration; and identify project risks and issues throughout the life of the project. They will be expected to mitigate overall project risk through conflict and issue resolution with the project team, keep stakeholders informed of project status and deliverables, as well as risk and mitigation strategies; report on project success criteria, results, metrics, tests, and deployment management activities; and provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $134,550.00 - $243,225.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
Basic Qualifications:
- Grow the program by building strong strategies with customer sets
- Assist with staffing, operations, and integration activities of the Field Engineering Team
- Ensure programs are executed on-time, within budget, and remain within scope utilizing the Program Management Framework
- Experience with project management to include project management processes and project management life cycle and control gates.
- Synchronizes contractor efforts across all technical efforts
- Ensures operational readiness prior to any system delivery
- Ensures all contractual requirements are met
- Leads other program support staff and team members
- Identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
- Demonstrated experience with technical integration projects requiring technical depth and skills.
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree and at least 15+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters and at least 12+ years of experience Or 18 yrs+ experience in lieu of a degree; AND prior relevant experience with enterprise operations including, working knowledge of system integration, dependencies, and data flows
- Four plus years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects
- Experience with financial systems and managing program budgets
- Demonstrated real-time problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations
- Ability to manage multiple technical projects for complex systems
- PMP certification
- Experience using ServiceNow Portfolio Project Management Suite (PPMS), Microsoft Project, and Agile/Safe.
- Experience with oral and written communication skills to communicate information and ideas in a manner that is understandable, responsive, and customer-focused.
