Job Description -

Looking for PeopleSoft Techno Functional Consultant (remote) in Miami, FL
MUST HAVE: PeopleSoft modules (Change Management, Training); strong testing exp; PeopleSoft HCM/Payroll; public sector/gov exp

Estimated Duration:6 months with possible extensions Work Setting: Remote

Required:
Experience in incident resolution, report development, testing, assisting with enhancement and upgrades (5+ years);
Experience with PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) modules;
Experience with testing procedures and processes;
Testing experience in agile design, build, and test mode.
Experience with integration test performance and data analysis.
Experience with Payroll applications within a public sector;
Experience with processes and documentations such as current procedures review, functional requirements, project plans, meeting minutes, defect documentation, system changes to application programs, system diagram, regular status updates, presentations etc.

Preferred:
Experience on task-relevant knowledge of PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Follow Department IT processes and coordinate with other Department IT staff to ensure compliance with Department standards;
Define customer needs and objectives by working closely with other IT groups and customers;
Ensure processes and documentations such as current procedures review, functional requirements, project plans, meeting minutes, defect documentation, system changes to application programs, system diagram, regular status updates, presentations etc;
Develop standards, procedures, and documentation;
Devise and recommend short and long range plans for development and enhancement of hardware and production systems;
Maintain audit compliance with state requirements of central data systems, user accounts, backup/disaster recovery, and security of the data center;
Create and follow change management procedures for all network changes.
