Compensation:
Pay Range: $112000-$160000K
Description:
Oversee the design, documentation, implementation, and improvement of business processes across digital tools and systems.
Ensure operational workflows are efficient, well-controlled, and aligned with broader transformation goals.
Support high-quality execution and long-term scalability across the transformation lifecycle.
Gather input for continuous improvement and refine processes and tools over time.
Support teams in adopting new processes through documentation and training coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the rollout of new or updated processes within digital tools, ensuring alignment with system capabilities.
Create and manage documentation for processes, procedures, and controls.
Identify, track, and mitigate risks and roadblocks impacting implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-design processes reflecting operational needs.
Communicate process changes clearly, including rationale, impacts, and expected outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related discipline.
Lean Six Sigma certification highly preferred.
Coursework or certifications in project management, business analysis, or enterprise systems can strengthen candidacy.
Deep understanding of business process design and change management principles.
Proficient in working with enterprise systems and digital tools.
