Location: MN-Anoka, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

Crew data analysis associates bring data insights to life with predictive and descriptive analytics, create meaningful business intelligence and data visualization dashboards, and learn data profiling and cloud data practices.
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Project Management: Analyze data on a variety of projects important to the business and customers
Business Collaboration and Connections: Regularly connect with sourcing, materials purchasing, production planning, and logistics teams
Drive Transformative Process Excellence: Develop, document, and maintain common processes performed
Systems and Tool Support: Support supply management software's and systems becoming subject matter expert
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related degree
Previous experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Operations preferably in a manufacturing environment
Capable of handling multiple priorities and being self-driven
Interpersonal skills to operate effectively at all levels within the organization and with suppliers
Ability to proactively use logic and reasoning to identify solutions, focus on problem solving
Excellent ability to communicate written and verbally across different levels of the organization
Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
