Job Details
- Experience in organizing data into logical formats for presentation in reports, documents, and other written materials.

Job Duties
- Development of Training Content including User Guides, Communications, and Videos
- Maintain contact with the CCWIS Team Lead and other project leads
- Assists in ensuring the curriculum aligns with Florida Statute, Florida Administrative Code, and Department CFOP
- Clear and frequent communication with CCWIS Team and CCWIS stakeholders
- Prepare reports on CCWIS training compliance.
- Create FAQs and learner resources as needs are identified
- Ability to work flexible hours including possible nights and weekends
- Ability to evolve quickly by learning the environment and technologies used and the applications assigned. Must provide examples of good time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
