Seeking a Sr. Application Analyst (Warehouse Management Systems) for the ERP Finance & Supply Chain.

-Responsible for providing IT application support for the Infor Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other applications used.
-Requires on-site support. The ideal candidate will have previous IT application analyst exp. supporting a Warehouse Management System.
-Coordinate IT activities with various IT teams and software vendors, including installing application patches, coordinating hot fixes and upgrades, and assisting with testing.
-You would work directly with users to understand and document issues and enhancement requests, liaise with leadership, IT resources & vendors to prioritize them & coordinate/assist with the testing and implementation of solutions.
-Solutions may include changes to configuration, code, data, or process.

Must have qualifications:
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) exp is required.
Knowledge of Windows servers is required.
Knowledge of SQL, along with the ability to develop and update SQL scripts, is required.
Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage project and issue task lists.
On-call support is required.

Nice-to-have qualifications:
Previous ERP system experience is a plus.
Exp. in a large, corporate systems development and implementation environment.
Healthcare Management Information Systems (MIS) technical exp.

Minimum qualifications:
Education: Associate's degree and 2 years of experience, or 4 years of exp. in lieu of a degree.

Experience:
3 years of increasingly responsible exp. in a large, corporate systems development and implementation environment.
Exp. in supporting complex problems & assisting other analysts.
Demonstrated pattern of growth in the ability to lead others.
Strong knowledge of application support, development tools & methodologies.
Good planning and organizational skills.
Demonstrated record of good communication skills.
Strong understanding of data flow & application interfaces & proven ability to support & understand an application data structure and workflow.

Principal accountabilities:

Technical Administration: Provide technical knowledge in the support of software applications and various system environments. Perform analysis, design, building, testing, and implementation of computer programs and systems. Apply information systems theory, processes, and methodologies to meet technical and business requirements.

Planning & Coordinating: Develop, prioritize, and execute projects according to established schedules. Maintain coordination on all assigned projects and provide regular status reports to management.

Systems Development: Translate user system needs into technical solutions. Perform project reviews and process walkthroughs to enhance user productivity and service levels.

Technical Standards: Act as an advocate for setting and enforcing technical development, application support, and information management standards.

Application Support: Provide in-depth knowledge and techniques to support Application Analysts and Senior Application Analysts in development projects and complex problem-solving efforts. Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
Training: Prepare and conduct training sessions for staff.
Customer Service: Provide effective customer service by being courteous, polite, and friendly always.
Other Duties: Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Adhere to all company policies and standards and promote individual professional growth.
On call is required.
