Job Details

Piper Companies is looking for a Contract Analyst to join a a premier healthcare organization in Columbia, Maryland. This is a long term opportunity with a great hybrid schedule!

Responsibilities for the Contract Analyst:
  • Manage end-to-end healthcare IT contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiating, and monitoring vendor agreements
  • Analyze contracts to identify risks, ensure compliance with healthcare IT regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH), and secure favorable terms
  • Develop and maintain a centralized repository for healthcare IT contracts and related documents
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis on IT contract performance, vendor reliability, and cost efficiencies

Qualifications for the Contract Analyst:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master's a plus)
  • 4+ years of experience in contract management, data analysis, and healthcare IT
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare IT systems, standards, and compliance regulations (e.g., EHR, EMR systems, interoperability)
  • Strong understanding of contract management software and tools

Compensation/Benefits for the Contract Analyst:
  • $80,000 - $100,000
  • Hybrid schedule (1x per week)
