Job Description
The Enterprise Technology Analyst will provide expert-level design, configuration, and testing support for complex solutions within the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) modules. This role requires a minimum of five years of hands-on SAP PM/EAM functional experience, including work with SAP ECC 6.0 EHP7 or higher.
The analyst will manage and configure key master data elements such as Functional Locations, Equipment, Work Centers, Task Lists, and Measurement Points. Responsibilities include detailed analysis, execution of functional and technical testing, comprehensive end-to-end and regression testing, and validation of integrations with external systems.
The role also involves incident and enhancement request management using enterprise defect-tracking applications such as ServiceNow or JIRA, ensuring timely resolutions and ongoing system improvements. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams are critical for success.
Mandatory Requirements
Candidates must meet all the following qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience designing and configuring complex solutions in SAP PM/EAM.
Experience working with SAP ECC 6.0 EHP7 or higher.

Hands-on experience with functional and technical testing.
Proven experience executing extensive end-to-end and regression testing, including external system integrations.
Experience using defect tracking tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
Experience leading business requirement review and blueprinting sessions.
Ability to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
Experience collaborating with ABAP developers to create and refine specifications for custom solutions.
Experience creating process flow diagrams based on business requirements.
Ability to debug custom code and work independently to support project teams.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience in the electric utility industry supporting SAP PM/EAM.
Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 EP7 or higher; SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus.

Experience serving as a Functional Analyst on small to medium-sized projects.
Ability to act as a technical resource for system architecture and solution design.
Knowledge of asset maintenance lifecycle processes and best practices.
Ability to collaborate as part of a cross-functional team delivering innovative solutions.
Experience assisting technical teams with design, development, and deployment of enterprise solutions.
Ability to apply IT best practices to drive business value.
Experience with SAP BI/BW, analytics, and reporting tools.
Experience participating in RFP processes, including requirements gathering, evaluation, and negotiation.
Background in designing or supporting Asset Management Solutions and Asset Analytics Solutions, including system integrations.
