Job Description
You will be the Systems Engineers Sr Staff for the ISE (Integrated System Evaluation) team. Our team is part of the Systems Engineering organization.
What You Will Be Doing:
As the System Engineer Senior Staff you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Technical Lead. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge and experience in one or more of the following domain disciplines: Weapons, Fusion/Sensors, or CNI/Datalinks to drive technical excellence and innovation.
In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will provide technical leadership and expertise to support the analysis, evaluation, and development of analytics, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complex systems. To succeed, you must be proficient in Agile processes, Scrum, and JIRA, with a familiarity with Cameo being a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical lead and SME for the Analytics and Analysis (A&A) team within ISE, providing expert guidance and expertise in one or more of the above domain disciplines (Radar, Electronic Warfare, Electro Optical, Communications, Navigation, and Data Links)
Define analytics and analysis needs/requirements for tools
Define analysis methods and techniques
Develop and maintain technical analysis plan, roadmaps, analysis, and assessments to drive project success
Collaborate with cross-functional discipline teams to integrate and test analytics, provide analysis, ensuring seamless compliance with requirements and specifications
Coach, train, and mentor less experienced engineers in analysis and engineering methods
Provide technical guidance to analysts and foster a culture of innovation and excellence
Develop and review comprehensive technical analysis documentation, including system designs, test and analysis plans, test plan working groups, analysis reports, and assessments
Participate in design reviews, test readiness reviews, and other technical meetings to ensure compliance with requirements and specifications
Lead team in using common and innovative analysis methods and techniques
Create an environment of critical thinking on the team
Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions that meet their needs

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (System Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Aeronautical Engineering, Computer/Software Engineering, Mathematics preferred), or similar STEM field from an accredited college
Significant Sensor / System / Platform (Weapons, Fusion/Sensors, or CNI/Datalinks) knowledge/experience
Demonstrated history of analysis and critical thinking
Experience and/or knowledge of the Systems Engineering Process
SECRET security clearance with investigation within the last 5 years

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
