Job Title: Senior Video Conferencing Support Specialist (White Glove Executive Support)
Location: New York/Hybrid
Type: Contingent/Contract to full time hire

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Video Conferencing Support Specialist to provide white glove, executive-level support for in-room conferencing solutions in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise with Cisco or Poly video conferencing systems, Crestron/Extron control systems, and a proven track record supporting high-profile executive spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver white glove, high-touch support for executive video conferencing rooms and associated AV systems.
  • Provide real-time troubleshooting and resolution of issues with integrated video conferencing and AV systems during live meetings.
  • Support and maintain Cisco or Poly video conferencing endpoints, Crestron control systems, and audio DSPs.
  • Utilize management platforms such as Cisco Control Hub, Crestron Fusion, XiO Cloud, and ServiceNow for monitoring, diagnostics, and ticketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure optimal performance and uptime of conferencing solutions.
  • Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Technology Operations.
  • Present recommendations for resolving technical issues and contribute to the development of operational best practices.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Technology Operations or equivalent (consulting, military, education, etc.).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco or Poly video conferencing systems.
  • Proficiency with Crestron/Extron control systems and audio DSP troubleshooting.
  • Experience with management tools such as TMS, CMS, CUCM, Control Hub, Crestron Fusion, and XiO Cloud.
  • Demonstrated ability to support executive-level users with professionalism and discretion.
  • Excellent business acumen and communication skills.
  • Flexible schedule and ability to respond to urgent support needs during meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with AV system installation and configuration.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
  • Certifications in AV or video conferencing technologies (e.g., Crestron, Cisco, AVIXA CTS) are a plus.
