Project Manager II (Intermediate)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Quincy, MA that is in need of a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead initiatives from concept to completion. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at coordinating teams and resources, we'd love to hear from you. As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle-ensuring delivery on scope, budget, timeline, and quality. This role requires strong communication, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word is essential.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain project plans
* Drive milestones and manage resources
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders
* Lead change management efforts
* Prepare documentation, status reports, and budgets

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5 years of project management experience
* Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders
* Solid understanding of technical concepts (e.g., infrastructure assets)
* Expertise in project management discipline and techniques
* Demonstrated ability to reduce risk and deliver predictable results
* High degree of creativity, self-motivation, and commitment
* Bilingual in English and Spanish is nice to have

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
