Job Description
Senior Ansible Automation Engineer to perform the duties and responsibilities outlined.
Qualifications and Experience
The designated Ansible Automation Engineer shall possess the following minimum qualifications:
- A bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a role focused on Ansible automation.
- Proficiency in the development of Ansible playbooks and roles following ""Compliance as Code"" principles.
- Verifiable experience using Ansible to implement, audit, and enforce security controls in regulated environments (e.g., PCI-DSS, HIPAA, NIST, CIS Benchmarks, DISA STIGs).

- A Technical Architect for the Red Hat OpenShift Platform is a highly skilled professional responsible for designing and architecting OpenShift-based solutions that meet specific business requirements. This role ensures that solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure.
- The architect has deep proficiency in Red Hat OpenShift services, including OpenShift Container Platform, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), and related container technologies, along with expertise in Linux and VMware environments
- Key responsibilities include setting up and configuring OpenShift clusters, storage solutions, networking, and databases to effectively support various business applications.
- The architect deploys and manages essential OpenShift resources such as projects, namespaces, and services to ensure smooth operations.
- They continuously monitor OpenShift environments, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) configurations to ensure reliable performance.
- The architect is also responsible for implementing and enforcing security measures to ensure OpenShift resources comply with organizational policies and industry regulations. They optimize costs by right-sizing resources, developing cost-effective solutions, and monitoring usage patterns. Additionally, they work closely with development teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of OpenShift-based solutions.
- The Technical Architect for the Red Hat OpenShift Platform should have experience with DevOps practices, such as continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- They should be skilled in using automation tools like Ansible or OpenShift CLI and have experience with cloud migration projects, including assessment, design, and execution.
