SEO LLM Search Marketer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Francisco, CA that is seeking a SEO LLM Search Marketer who will support the organic channel.

Summary:
This individual will play a key role in growing the LLM Search program, leading the strategy in close partnership with the Global SEO Lead. The scope of this role includes improving LLM Search performance, enhancing agent experience, and integrating AI capabilities to improve the performance and efficiency of the SEO and LLM Search programs. To spearhead the LLM Search program, the SEO LLM Search Marketer will develop a roadmap of short-term and long-term activities to improve LLM Search performance. They will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional partners including Growth Marketing, Content Marketing, Engineering, and Analytics.

Responsibilities:
* LLM Search performance: Grow the LLM Search program
* Agent experience: Make it easy for agents to do things on a user's behalf
* AI-efficiency: Spearhead the development and integration of AI capabilities to improve the performance and efficiency of the SEO and LLM Search programs
* Performance reporting: Define KPIs and provide leadership with regular reports and updates on LLM search performance to track progress and identify opportunities for further enhancement

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or 4 years relevant experience is preferred
* 5 years of experience creating and executing SEO and digital marketing strategy
* Strong understanding of LLM platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity, and their application in search marketing
* Demonstrated ability to use data analytics and AI tools to derive insights and optimize organic search performance
* Expertise in creating and optimizing content for LLM platforms, ensuring it is both engaging and aligned with search trends
* Strong technical expertise in making websites SEO and LLM-friendly
* Ability to independently lead the development and execution of a large roadmap
* Motivated self-starter, demonstrating the ability to take initiative, problem-solve independently, and carry out tasks with minimal supervision
* High attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all tasks while maintaining consistent quality in work output
* Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively execute strategies and share with stakeholders
* Ability to work extensively in Google Drive apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Excel, Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics and other reporting software
* Proficient in professional literacy

Preferred Qualifications:
* Enterprise SEO/LLMO experience
* SQL experience and ability to gather data

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
