Job Details

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in governance, risk, or resilience roles within enterprise or consulting environments
  • Proficiency in regulatory compliance frameworks and industry-aligned risk practices
  • Experience in documenting, reviewing, and enhancing operational resilience controls
  • Experience with policy development, standards design, and controls implementation
  • Experience in creating risk-based metrics and reporting templates for leadership review
  • Experience with firm-approved GRC tools or platforms for resilience documentation
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and governance teams

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate existing governance and reporting structures and recommend improvements
  • Proficiency in identifying resilience gaps across enterprise-level risk programs
  • Experience in updating and embedding resilience controls into policies and tools
  • Experience with aligning governance improvements with regulatory expectations
  • Experience in enhancing dashboards and templates for governance-level reporting
  • Experience with facilitating sessions to gather business needs for resilience reporting
  • Experience in documenting user stories to support dashboard development initiatives
