Job Description:
- The Lead RPA Developer is responsible for designing and implementing scalable RPA solutions using UiPath for complex enterprise-level applications.
- This role requires leadership in end-to-end automation project lifecycles and collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive automation initiatives and ensure delivery of secure, efficient, and compliant solutions.

- Provide architectural direction and technical leadership to the RPA development team.
- Guide the team in adopting best practices in RPA design, development, and deployment.
- Candidatetor and support junior RPA developers; review code and ensure quality and compliance with standards.
- CollaboXX with cross-functional teams, including architects, senior developers, business analysts, and executive stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities; recommend tools and stXXgies to optimize efficiency.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and operational procedures.
- Implement DevOps practices for RPA projects, including CI/CD, automated testing, and version control using tools such as GitHub.
- Oversee Orchestrator setup, configuration, and bot administration.
- Continuously assess and improve RPA performance and scalability; monitor KPIs and ensure SLAs are met.
- Ensure security, compliance, and risk mitigation are integrated into automation solutions.
- Stay informed of industry trends and evolving RPA technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively through team and client meetings, ensuring alignment and understanding of project objectives and progress.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
- 15+ years of IT experience with a strong background in software engineering.
- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience developing large enterprise-grade RPA solutions.
- At least 5 years of experience as a lead RPA developer or technical lead on large-scale projects.
- Deep understanding of RPA best practices, development frameworks, and design patterns.
- Strong expertise in API development, integration, web services, data exchange methods, and writing complex SQL queries.
- Expertise in UiPath Orchestrator setup, configuration, and administration.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB.Net, Python, or Java.
- Proficient in full software lifecycle development, including source control, iterative development, and rapid prototyping.
- Knowledge and experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
- Background in full SDLC, including iterative development, prototyping, and source control.
- Experience with modern UI/UX frameworks and enterprise application integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and passionate about automation and digital transformation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines efficiently.
