Visa: Open To Any Visa Type With Valid Work Authorization In the USA

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing our organization s network systems. You will ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of network operations while supporting users and collaborating with IT teams on system improvements and upgrades.

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure minimal downtime.

Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure, IP addressing, and VLAN configurations.

Maintain network security protocols, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, and access controls.

Perform regular system backups, patching, and updates.

Collaborate with vendors and service providers for network upgrades and issue resolution.

Document network configurations, processes, and change management activities.

Support end-users with network connectivity and hardware issues.

Ensure compliance with IT security standards and organizational policies.

Required Skills & Experience:

3-7 years of experience as a Network Administrator, Network Engineer, or Systems Administrator.

Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or Palo Alto networking equipment.

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).

Hands-on experience with firewalls, switches, access points, and network monitoring tools.

Working knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).

Familiarity with network management and monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, or Wireshark).

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or Security+.

Experience with cloud networking (Azure, AWS) or SD-WAN technologies.

Understanding of VoIP, network automation, and security compliance frameworks.

Proven experience in incident response and disaster recovery planning.
