Job Title: Salesforce Health Cloud Specialist

Location: Flexible/Remote

Duration: 7-Month Contract

Hourly Rate: $80 - $110 an hour C2C

Introduction: We are seeking a talented Salesforce Health Cloud Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. As a Health Cloud Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance patient care and drive operational efficiencies for our healthcare clients. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to understand their unique needs and requirements for patient care, population health management, and healthcare operations.


• Design and configure Salesforce Health Cloud solutions that meet the specific needs of healthcare organizations, including patient management, care coordination, and telehealth capabilities.


• Customize Health Cloud objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows to streamline clinical workflows and improve data management and reporting.


• Implement Health Cloud features such as Care Plans, Health Cloud Console, and Health Cloud APIs to support care team collaboration and patient engagement.


• Integrate Health Cloud with electronic health record (EHR) systems, third-party healthcare applications, and medical devices to create a comprehensive healthcare ecosystem.


• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to healthcare providers, administrators, and staff members on Health Cloud functionalities and best practices.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers, administrators, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation and deployment of Health Cloud solutions.


• Stay current on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to patient engagement, care coordination, and value-based care initiatives.


• Participate in project meetings, workshops, and presentations to showcase Health Cloud capabilities and provide expert guidance on solution design and implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field.


• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce consultant or administrator, with a focus on Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.


• Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant certification or equivalent experience.


• Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and workflows, with experience working in healthcare settings or with healthcare clients.


• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data modeling, with a focus on Health Cloud objects, fields, and relationships.


• Experience integrating Health Cloud with EHR systems, HL7 standards, and healthcare interoperability protocols.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to healthcare stakeholders.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with healthcare analytics tools and reporting solutions, such as Tableau or Salesforce Einstein Analytics.


• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, such as FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) and SMART on FHIR.


• Familiarity with healthcare data privacy and security regulations, such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).


• Experience with telehealth platforms, remote patient monitoring solutions, and virtual care delivery models.


• Salesforce certifications related to healthcare, such as Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant.
