Title: Training and Documentation Specialist Oracle Cloud ERP

Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Training and Documentation Specialist to support the deployment and adoption of Oracle Cloud ERP within our Supply Chain & Logistics operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep ERP expertise, strong documentation skills, and the ability to deliver engaging training to cross-functional teams. This role is key to ensuring users are well-prepared to leverage the new system effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current supply chain workflows to identify gaps and process improvements in the future Oracle Cloud ERP environment.

  • Develop clear, comprehensive training materials for Oracle Cloud modules, including:

    • Order Management

    • Inventory Management

    • Purchasing

    • Forward & Reverse Logistics

    • Issue to Resolution (I2R)

  • Update SOPs and related documentation in and outside the ERP system, reflecting new processes and system changes.

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather input and ensure documentation accuracy.

  • Create user-friendly content tailored to various learning styles.

  • Review and refine training materials from internal teams and third-party vendors (e.g., PwC/OCM).

  • Lead training sessions (in-person and virtual) to ensure effective knowledge transfer and user adoption.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in ERP training and documentation, preferably in Oracle Cloud ERP.

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain and Logistics modules.

  • Expertise in SOP development and training content creation.

  • Deep understanding of supply chain processes.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and engage diverse audiences.

  • Experience in delivering impactful training sessions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to CRM systems and other tools integrated with Oracle Cloud ERP.

  • Familiarity with Organizational Change Management (OCM) practices.

  • Oracle Cloud ERP certifications.

  • Proficiency with e-learning tools and content development platforms.
