Sr. Applications Systems Analyst
Employment Type: Contract to Hire (6+ month C2H)

Pay Rate: $60.00-$64.90/hr.
OVERVIEW:
The Senior Applications Systems Analyst is responsible for planning, designing, and implementing major information systems. As the Systems Analyst, your responsibilities will include system administration and, potentially, primary system liaison to clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Confer with the business to create a technical specification based on business needs, application and system changes and determine system requirements
- Design data entry and query screen layouts; report layouts, and file layouts for systems to outline the user interface using hardware, software, and system utilities tools
- Write and revise program and system specifications to create directions for development and modifications of program code
- Plan, monitor and control projects to effectively use time and programming resources, time management skills, and project management software
- Complete a variety of complex technical tasks, such as designing, documenting, and programming logic
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Significant design experience in Relational Databases (SQL Server), Online Systems, and Web-Based Applications
- Experience using ITSM tools and ticketing systems (i.e., Jira)
- Highly proficient in Excel and Word
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Prior expeirnece working in the Financial Services and/or Mortgage industry would be a plus
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services, AI/ML technologies, and .NET/C# applications
